Midlem Village Hall is available to hire to members of the public, 21 years old and over, with reduced rates for Midlem residents.

The hall is made up of two rooms: a large room, with stage, capable of seating 90, and a smaller room, with small bar/kitchen, capable of seating 30. The two rooms connect with two doors and a large glass window, making it ideal, for example, for ceilidhs or children's parties, with two distinct spaces.

Costs of Hire 

 

Whole hall (large and small room):

- for Midlem residents: first hour £9ph and £6ph thereafter;

- for non-residents £10ph for first hour and £10ph thereafter.

Just small hall/meeting room: 

- for Midlem residents £6ph for first hour and £4ph thereafter; 

- for non-residents £8ph for the first hour and £8ph thereafter.

Whole day rate: £125 for non-residents & £100 for Midlem residents

​

Deposit for functions - £50 refundable

 

Use of external facilities (garden, gazebos, outdoor seating, etc): £25 for a full day for non-residents

​

For Midlem residents only: No cost for use of resources, such as the fire pit, kitchen crockery etc. 

​

Charitable organisations will be charged at the Midlem resident rates
